Newzel Industry is a well-known Stockist & Supplier of Stainless Steel 304H Sheet/Plate in Mumbai, India. SS 310H Plate is developed for enhanced creep resistance made by a high carbon modification. In most instances, the grain size and carbon content of the ASTM A240 Type 310H plate can meet both the 310S and 310H requirements. SS 310H sheets contain 25% chromium and 20% nickel which makes them highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation.

SS 310H Sheets is not recommended for frequent liquid quenching as it suffers from thermal shock. UNS S31009 Plate heat uniformly at 1742 – 2192°F (950 – 1200°C). After hot forming of Stainless Steel 310H Chequered Plate, a final anneal at 1832 – 2101°F (1000 – 1150°C) followed by rapid quenching is recommended. ASME SA240 TP 310H Sheet cold forming of pieces with long-term exposure to highest temperature is not recommended. These SS 310H Sheets can be used in applications such as in fluidized Bed Furnaces—coal combustors, piping, grids, wind boxes; Ore Processing/Steel Plants—smelter and steel melting equipment, Petroleum Refining—catalytic recovery systems, continuous casting equipment, flares, recuperators, tube hangers; and so on.

SS 310H Plate is developed for enhanced creep resistance made by a high carbon modification. SS 310H Sheet can be easily welded and processed by standard shop fabrication practices. Stainless Steel 310H Coils can be readily welded by most standard processes including SMAW, SAW, TIG, PLASMA, MIG, and FCAW. ASTM A240 Type 310H Sheet has good resistance to oxidation at temperatures of up to 1040°C (1904°F) in intermittent service and 1150°C (2102°F) in continuous service. Our SS 310H sheets are available in different sizes ranging from 0.3mm To 200mm in thickness, 200mm to 3000mm in width and 500mm to 12000mm in length. 310H SS Plate is mostly used in environments where sulfur dioxide gas is present at the highest temperatures; however, it is recommended that this steel should not be repeatedly used at 425-860°C (797-1580°F) range due to carbide precipitation.
